We've been busy behind the scenes, and we're so excited to finally share what's been brewing at Colmado. A fresh class of apprentices is joining our team, and with them comes a new pricing structure, deeply discounted services, and a whole new way to experience what we do.

Welcoming Our Newest Apprentices
At Colmado, we've always believed that great stylists aren't just trained. They're cultivated. Our apprenticeship program is how we do that. We take talented, driven emerging stylists and give them real-world experience in a professional, supportive environment under the guidance of our senior team.
This new class is something special. They're hungry, they're passionate, and they're ready to do the work. And as they sharpen their skills on the floor, our clients get to be part of something genuinely exciting: watching the next generation of Atlanta's best hair talent find their footing.
Introducing Leveled Pricing
With our growing team comes a more thoughtful pricing structure. We're rolling out leveled pricing at Colmado, meaning the investment for your service reflects the experience level of your stylist.
Here's how it works:
Apprentice-level services: deeply discounted rates for clients who are flexible and open to being part of the learning process
Mid-level stylists: trained, experienced, and ready to deliver, priced to reflect their skill and efficiency
Senior stylists: our most seasoned team members, offering advanced techniques and a fully refined experience

This structure means that no matter where you are in your budget or your hair journey, there's a place for you at Colmado.
Hair Models Wanted: Get Professionally Styled for a Fraction of the Price
Here's the most exciting part. As our apprentices build their books, we're actively looking for hair models: people who want professional-quality hair services at seriously low prices in exchange for being part of the learning process.
Right now, that means:
Blowouts starting at $25
Haircuts starting at $30
Color services starting at $30+
These aren't student-salon vibes. This is Colmado: a professional environment, high standards, quality products, and senior stylists always in the room overseeing the work. The only difference is who's holding the brush.
To qualify, you just need to be flexible with timing, open to letting the class choose your service, and (this part is important) not already a current Colmado client. Our model program is designed to introduce new people to the salon experience, not replace the full-price bookings of our existing guests.
